Who we are

What we keep and why
- Your first name if you give one, your date, time and place of birth, your questions, your email and the boxes you ticked: to make and deliver your reading (our contract with you).
- The time, file and IP address of each download: our proof of delivery if a payment is disputed (our legitimate interest).
- The order number, amount and dates: tax law.
- If you came through one of our channels' links, the channel's sign, with your order; you can object and we delete it.
Please leave health details out of your questions.
How long
- Your details and your reading: 90 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask.
- A checkout you leave unpaid: deleted when it closes.
- Download records: 180 days after your purchase.
- Backups: 30 days. Accounting records: [the period tax law requires].
Who else sees it
Cloudflare runs our website, database and email. Stripe and Link handle your payment under their own privacy policies; they never get your birth details. Anthropic, PBC (USA) receives your birth chart, without your name or e-mail, to help prepare your reading, and keeps it for up to 30 days. No cookies, no ads, no tracking.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit its use, take it with you, or object. Write to support@uncensoredzodiacs.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Poland, that is UODO.
